The photos must be taken in Kharkive in the period September 1 to September 5 and should focus on Light and its relation to the City you are visiting or live in. Photos can be digitally edited/processed. The photos (up to 3 per participant) should be uploaded to the dedicated computer at the conference reception desk (the name of each picture file should include the title/name of the photo and initial and last name of the author).

The prize ceremony will be held on Friday September 6 during the closing ceremony of the conference.
